A fee for each additional driver added to your Subscription.

If the driver is at fault for the problem for which assistance is requested, for example:

The charge covers the cost of providing breakdown or roadside assistance.

A cancellation fee applies where you have paid a refundable security deposit but failed to activate your Subscription due to change of mind or otherwise not due to any fault of E Car Subscription.

Fixed charge to recover our costs for dealing with damage caused to the vehicle.

A charge imposed in respect of an excessively dirty vehicle or where there is a smoke odour or otherwise undesirable odour in the vehicle upon return.

A surcharge as noted on the Subscription agreement applied for use of credit cards. Transaction fees will appear itemised on each invoice. No transaction fees apply for bank direct debit.

External Assessor's fees.

Reduce your vehicle damage liability to $550.00. Includes Windscreen and Tyre Coverage.

If you request that your vehicle is delivered to or collected from a location other than our rental location.

An early return fee applies if you return the vehicle prior to the expiration of the minimum term of your Subscription plan.

Calculated in arrears based on the weekly kilometre limit of the chosen Subscription plan and itemised on the next invoice. Usage is calculated using GPS data and may not reflect the vehicle odometer. Kilometre limit applies as per the chosen billing cycle. Any unused kilometres within a billing cycle period are forfeited.

Payment for processing of traffic & parking fines, speeding and traffic infringements.

The amount payable for the repair of a flat tyre.

Commonly referred to as GST.

The Vehicle is supplied with a full tank of fuel where possible. If you return the Vehicle without a full tank of fuel or less fuel than when it was rented.

If the Phone Holder is lost, damaged or stolen whilst on rent the amount payable to replace.

If the VMS is lost, damaged or stolen whilst on rent the amount payable to replace.

The daily or period Subscription charge as per the Subscription Agreement.

The amount payable for administrative functions undertaken relating to the use of toll road such as the application of the charge to the renter and the processing of the toll road.

eCar Subscription strongly encourages all customers to activate their own toll account with their preferred provider. All toll charges are the responsibility of the named individual on the contract. If you do not activate your own tolling solution, eCar Subscription will charge an infringement administration and processing fee to the nominated billing account in addition to the toll.
