This helps eCar Subscription to process your booking, to contact you if we have any problems with your request or to send you a confirmation of the booking. We will not disclose any personal information without the express written consent of the customer. We also utilise strict security in our eCar Reservation System.

By accessing the Web Site or by entering into a subscription agreement with us and by giving us your personal details, you are agreeing to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information by eCar Subscription.
eCar Subscription is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not share your details with a third party and will only communicate with you to market our services, and those of our business partners.
We do, however, reserve the right to pass your information to third parties if obliged by the laws of the State to do so.
The eCar Subscription Company will make all reasonable endeavours to provide the make and model, or similar vehicle, as indicated on the booking but, in certain circumstances beyond its control, the eCar Subscription Company may have to, without notice, substitute category, size, make or model until a suitable substitute vehicle is available. The eCar Subscription Company will not be liable for any Losses which a Hirer may incur as a result of any such substitution.
In the event that the substitute vehicle is not suitable or may not be available, all reasonable endeavours to offer the Hirer an alternate mode of transport to the Hirers local accommodation, until such time a suitable vehicle or replacement vehicle will be offered. The Subscription will be deemed to have commenced only once the Subscription Agreement is signed, agreed and all Subscription costs and fees are pre-paid for the subscription period. Pre-authorised holding deposits/bonds on arrival may also apply, subject to the conditions of the Subscription. The eCar Subscription Company will not be held liable for any Losses which they may incur when suitable alternate arrangements can not be agreed.
The Hirer acknowledges that the eCar Subscription Company may need to cancel or delay a Subscription Reservation due to industrial action, technical or mechanical problems or any event beyond the eCar Subscription Company’s reasonable control. In no circumstances will the eCar Subscription Company be liable for any Losses which a Hirer may incur as a result of any such delayed or rescheduled subscription or service.
We reserve the right to amend, modify, add, delete and make corrections to the Terms and Conditions and at any time without notice.
